Morehead State University (MSU) recently shared the news of support provided to faculty, staff, and student innovators through MSU's partnership with Kentucky Commercialization Ventures. Over the last year, this has included opportunities such as the KCV Innovation Fellowship Program, conference attendance through KCV GOAL sponsorship, and KCV IMPACT Awards.
"I wanted to get involved in the fellowship because it would provide me with the opportunity to learn how to make a pitch deck and file intellectual property," Hannah Barrett, student and KCV Fellow. "Throughout the experience, I gained presenting skills, networking skills, and researching skills. I gained a new understanding of how a business really operates."
